SMS Terms & Conditions

Program Description

Hey Brain sends personal assistant SMS messages to registered users who opted in. Messages may include personal productivity reminders, task updates, schedule nudges, assistant replies, confirmation messages, and account/help messages.

Consent To Receive Messages

Users receive Hey Brain SMS messages only after agreeing to receive them through the SMS opt-in request form, account setup, or phone notification settings after being shown the SMS consent language, Privacy Policy, and SMS Terms & Conditions. By agreeing to receive messages, users consent to receive recurring SMS messages related to the Hey Brain program. See the SMS Consent & Opt-In page for the current opt-in process and consent language.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on reminders, tasks, check-ins, and notifications created or requested by the user.

Message And Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, Hey Brain will stop sending SMS messages to your mobile number unless you later opt in again.

For help, reply HELP, visit https://heybrain.app/terms/, or contact Hey Brain support through the app or website. A help reply may include program information and opt-out instructions.

Privacy

Hey Brain handles mobile numbers and SMS data according to the Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Eligibility

You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided for Hey Brain messages.

Changes

These SMS terms may be updated as the Hey Brain service changes. Continued participation after an update means you accept the updated terms.
