For the gap between knowing and doing.

Get it out of your head.
Get it moving.

Text HeyBrain when something matters. It keeps the commitment straight, brings back what you asked it to remember, and helps make the next move easier to see.

Private beta · iPhone and iMessage required

You Move the dentist reminder to Monday morning. HeyBrain Moved to Monday at 9.

The part most systems miss

You already know what matters.
That isn’t always enough.

The thought disappears before you write it down. The reminder arrives after the day has already changed. The task is still open when you finally come back.

Or you remember it perfectly — and still cannot make yourself begin.

HeyBrain is built for that part.

Less to carry

One conversation. A clearer thread.

Catch it before it disappears

Save a reminder, note, list item, deadline, or loose task in the same place you already talk.

Change the plan in normal language

Correct it, move it, complete it, cancel it, or ask what is still open without maintaining another dashboard.

Come back without reconstructing everything

Keep the useful context in the thread so an interruption does not mean starting the whole thought over.

Trust is a product behavior

If it says something changed, it changed.

A convincing answer is not the same as a true one. If HeyBrain is not sure what you meant, it asks. If an action fails, it tells you what did — and did not — happen.

Real receipts
Completions, moves, corrections, and cancellations are tied to the actual record.
No fake “done”
Partial progress is not silently turned into a completed task.
Memory you can inspect
Review saved information, correct stale details, or tell HeyBrain to forget.

Why I built it

I did not need another productivity system to maintain.

I have ADHD. I built HeyBrain because I needed somewhere I could say, “This matters,” stop carrying it in my head, and trust that it would still be there when I came back.

I also needed help on the days when remembering was not the problem. HeyBrain is my attempt to close that gap without running your life or turning every changed plan into a failure.

Questions, answered plainly

Before you ask for an invite.

Is HeyBrain only for people with ADHD?

No. It was built by someone with ADHD around problems like losing the thread, struggling to begin, and carrying too many open loops. HeyBrain does not diagnose or treat any condition.

Is a person replying to me?

No. HeyBrain is AI. Natural conversation is part of the product; pretending to be human is not.

Is this another task-manager app?

No. The main conversation happens through iMessage. The web is for setup, preferences, memory review, export, and account controls.

What do I need for the private beta?

An iPhone and a phone-number iMessage sender. Apple-ID email-only sending is not supported by the current connection path.

Is HeyBrain affiliated with Apple?

No. HeyBrain is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

How much does it cost?

Pricing for the private beta has not been finalized. Participants will be told clearly before any paid continuation begins.
