Hey Brain is a personal assistant messaging system. It sends SMS messages to registered users who opt in to receive reminders, task updates, schedule nudges, assistant replies, confirmation messages, and account/help messages.

Information We Collect

Hey Brain may store user names, mobile phone numbers, message content, message delivery status, opt-in status, opt-out status, and related operational records needed to send or manage SMS messages.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to send requested personal assistant messages, manage notification preferences, process replies, prevent unwanted messages, and keep basic operational and compliance records.

SMS Consent

Users receive Hey Brain SMS messages only after they voluntarily consent to receive text messages. SMS consent is separate from any other agreement, is optional, and is recorded before messages are sent. See the SMS Consent & Opt-In page for the current consent process and opt-in language.

Mobile Number Sharing

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process messages only as needed to operate the SMS service.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the reminders, tasks, check-ins, and notifications created or requested by the user.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
